    It’s also important to remember that you are not simply hiring us to ‘design a graphic’, but rather, to listen to your needs and to build a relationship to help your business grow.

  • Depending on the project, this could include a Brand Roadmap, as well as other deliverables such as a cohesive Brand Playbook, logo files, stationery, styleguides, website files, social media graphics and so on.

    You will also receive business guidance, consultation and support throughout the whole project and after.

  • This depends on the exact needs of the project. A branding project generally takes about 1-3 weeks. An in-depth strategy project could take 4-12+ weeks. A website project 2-5 weeks. This can be done quicker if necessary, but we generally recommend at least two weeks for most projects, to ensure that the research and creative output is the best it can be.

  • Yes. Business is simply conducted via email, phone and video calls as needed. If you are in the area, then it would be great to meet.

  • For most projects, we request a 25-75% down payment to schedule in work. For brand strategy work we require 100% up front. We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. The exact details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final deposit will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.

  • We only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please send us an email to check availability, as this changes all the time.
