Concert Tour Photography Rate Package

Hourly rate

My standard hourly rate for concert photography is $150 USD / $200 CAD. This rate includes my time spent shooting during the concert, as well as basic post-processing of the images.

image delivery

After the concert, I will provide you with a selection of edited images within the following day. These images will be delivered digitally in high resolution, suitable for both online and print use.

booking and payment

To secure my services for your concert tour, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

I kindly request that you provide me with a detailed itinerary of the tour dates and locations as soon as possible to facilitate travel arrangements and scheduling.

Full-day Rate

If you require my services for a full day of coverage (typically 8 hours), I offer a discounted rate of $1000 USD / $1400 CAD. This package is ideal for festivals, multi-day events, or extensive tour stops.

Addtional services

If you require additional services such as photo retouching, album artwork design, or printing services, please let me know, and I will provide you with a customized quote based on your specific needs.

cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the concert tour, please notify me at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals will be billed separately. These costs will depend on the location of the concert venue and the duration of the tour. I am flexible and willing to work with you to find the most cost-effective travel arrangements.

Licensing and usage rights

The images captured during the concert will be licensed to you for promotional and marketing purposes related to the tour. The usage rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable. If you require exclusive rights or additional usage permissions, please discuss this with me, and we can negotiate the terms accordingly.
