  • For most projects, we request a 25-75% down payment to schedule in work. For brand strategy work we require 100% up front. We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. The exact details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final deposit will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.

  • We only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please send us an email to check availability, as this changes all the time.

  • We work on terms 50% upfront, 50% on completion. The downpayment is non-refundable, however, the second payment is only sent after the project is approved at the final stage. If you don't like the end result - you don't have to pay the second half of the money. For pre-made designs, we require full payment in advance.

  • The price depends on the style/technique you prefer and the complexity of the concept. Feel free to send a brief description of your idea via the contact form on our website along with some examples of styles you like, and we will get back to you with a quote. If you do not know which style is more suitable for your concept, send us a message and we will gladly help you with that.

  • The final file with your album art will be available in JPG format in high resolution (in most cases, 3000x3000 pixels). We can also send you an extra file for printing, for example, in PDF, TIFF, or other formats.

  • We do not provide project files in most cases (unless agreed in advance). As an exception, we can provide you with a PSD file where the album art and logo/title are made in separate layers, so you can change their position.

  • Shortly speaking - yes. We always start with a rough draft first. In the case of hand-drawn artwork, it's a rough sketch. In the case of photorealistic art, it's a low-res draft. At this stage, you can request any changes. We can even completely rework the sketch/draft if necessary. We can do that up to 3 times without any extra fee. Once the draft is approved, we move forward with more work on details. We will send you intermediate versions in the process to get your feedback. Even at later stages, we can do smaller tweaks to the art.

  • We usually create cover art in raster format, not vector. Raster format gives us more freedom, but the end result always has a limited resolution, which is usuallny not enough to print in such a large size. If you plan to use your album art for printing in a large size, you should discuss this with us in advance. For example, we can design vector artwork that could be printed at any size without loss of quality. We can send you some examples of such artwork on request. Or we can draw something bigger than the standard cover art size in raster format.

  • Yes! We can design a layout for any type of packaging but only based on album artwork done by us. We need a template from your printing company so that we can prepare the files according to their technical requirements. The cheapest option is to utilize album artwork to design all the other pages. We usually use some elements of the art or zoomed-in scenes. If you want something more complicated - we are ready to design additional graphics. The price is to be clarified with us individually.

MERCH DESIGN

  • Unfortunately, it's impossible to have a fixed rate for animation or motion design services since it depends very much on many factors. If you have a specific idea, feel free to send a brief description to us along with some examples of music videos you like. We will calculate a couple of different options and send you a quote. If you don't have a specific idea and want to give us creative freedom, then just name your budget and we will let you know if we can work with it.

  • Sure! Besides fancy-looking high-tier animated videos, we also do low-budget videos based on cover art provided by the band. If it's album art made by us - it's even better! If you need something simple and cannot afford a big budget, we have options to offer. Just drop us a message. We also do audio visualizers AKA YouTube stream videos. This is the cheapest option to release a song on YouTube.

  • An average high-tier animated music video takes us about 6 weeks. Simple lyric videos are usually done in 2-3 weeks. For audio visualizers AKA YouTube stream videos the standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days.

  • About a week after we start working on an animated music video, we send a few screenshots to the client, so that they can see the style of the video. Approximately in the middle of the project, we make a small teaser, 15-20 seconds long. Unfortunately, we cannot send more updates, since work on such videos is quite a complicated and time-consuming process. Any changes in the process are possible but paid separately.

ANIMATION AND MOTION DESIGN

  • In order to book a 50% non-refundable deposit is required (paying full balance option available) and Photography Agreement and Model Release must be completed to successfully confirm. When you sign your contract, I block off those hours to shoot with you, thus turning away people interested in shooting that day. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot. Due to demand we can’t hold your desired shoot date without a minimum deposit of 25%. Estimates and quotes are only valid for 7 days, following the 7th day the estimate will expire and you will have to inquire again.

  • Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable. You have final say on the retouching and any custom album design and nothing goes to print without your approval. If client cancels this shoot for any reason, the initial payment will not be returned to client.

  • Life happens and things come up. In order to reschedule shoot, 14 days notice is required to reschedule shoot.

    Studio Sessions: If cancellation is within 48 hours of shoot, client will be charged fees related to studio rental costs and and a rescheduling fee. Studios need a minimum of 48 hours to cancel without any additional cancellation fees.

    *Exceptions include outdoor shoots and weather complications (rain, snow, hail, high winds etc.) where location and date adjustments will be made. Outdoor shoots are booked with a reserve date just in case weather conditions are not on our side.

  • About a week after we start working on an animated music video, we send a few screenshots to the client, so that they can see the style of the video.   • Yes all packages unless specified include Hair and Makeup and work with the best artists hand picked for your shoot. Extra time is added to the shoots to ensure you get the full glam treatment, look your best and take advantage of dedicated shoot time.cription

  • WE prefer to work with my clients one on one with a stylist/assistant on set to avoid creating an “audience” which can lead to someone feel more self conscious. We limit to only 1 guest for moral support or who you are shooting with (significant other/friend).

  • Proofs from photoshoot will be released within 24 hours for selection. Final Images will not be released until remaining balance is paid. The balance of the payment for photography services must be paid in full no later than 2-14 days after the final images are selected from Proof Selection. Payment for additional photos ($30/per final additional image) is due prior to delivery of photos to client.

  • Proofs will be released within same day or within 24 hours following shoot for selection. Final Images will not be released until remaining balance is paid.   • With over 10 years of being a professional editorial retoucher and having the best hand picked retouchers from around the world, our goal is to make you look your best while keeping a natural look. Retouching of scaring, cellulite/stretch marks, acne/blemishes, skin softening and smoothening are all part of the editing process. If there is anything you are self-conscious about let us know as we make sure to use poses and lighting to emphasize your best features. We aim for publication ready images with the highest of standards.

  • RAW files are not available to download or purchase and only edited final images are released. “Screenshotting” watermarked images and sharing to social media as stories and posts is prohibited and will will be asked to remove. Sample edits will be provided the day of the shoot for teaser content.

  • Not unless you say it’s ok! Every client I feature has given written permission to post her images/videos (Nudity Rider and Model Release forms Provided). Only images that have been selected from proof selection will be shared. If you aren’t comfortable with any images being shared, that is completely fine, just let us know! Any images that contain nudity or uncensored will be added to our portfolio on Patreon behind a paywall for privacy.

  • Yes, following proof selection you will be able to select which images you would like to be printed as well as framed or unframed Wall Art, full gallery from shoot(s). Estimated turnaround for print and shipping is roughly 4-6 days from ordering.

  • Godsent Projects owns and retains all rights to photos until remaining balance is paid. Final images WILL NOT be sent until payment is received. Following payment, all final edited photos from selection will be delivered to client are licensed for clients personal use, marketing and promotion of future services of photographer.

  • Travel shoots are similarly packaged as Creative Experiences and include an additional travel fees that are spread across the available bookings for a slight price increase. Client Flights and hotel stays are NOT included in the package as it is your responsibility to get yourself there and back if you are not local to the area. If you are interested in shooting in a group setting a custom package will be created for you for the days we are available. Hotel/Airbnb stays are ONLY included for Schofield’s Sirens creative experiences and feature a similar nature of an all-inclusive vacation.

  • With the nature of what we do, it’s hard to justify doing a free/collab shoot while you benefit and we take the hit with the costs associated with what we do (Studio rentals, hair and makeup, memory/storage, travel expenses and props just to new a name a few). The only way we can consider a free/collab shoot is if you bring 3 PAID referrals before.
